Hi.. It’s me kalila. Today i made a very yummy and healthy banana bread. It taste sweet but not too sweet and i love it. So today i am going to share the recipe to you.
Ingredients you will need :
1. 1 Cup of bananas
2. Two medium eggs
3. 1/3 cup of honey
4. 1 tsp of baking soda
5. A pinch of salt
6. 1 3/4 cups of whole wheat flour/ white flour
7. 1/4 cup of vegetable oil or coconut oil or you can also use melted butter.
8. 1/4 cup of milk or water
9. 1 tsp cinnamon powder ( optional. I didn’t use cinnamon powder in my banana bread )
How to :
1. Prepare a big bowl
2. Mix honey and oil in a big bowl
3. And then add 2 eggs mix well
4. Add the smashed bananas, water, baking soda & salt. Mix well
5. Add the flour and mix it together
6. Pour into the tray and bake..
